Return Policy for Music City Showdown

At Music City Showdown, we understand that unexpected events can lead to show cancellations. Our return policy is designed to ensure a fair and straightforward process for our customers in such scenarios.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Show Cancellation: If an event for which you have purchased tickets is officially canceled, you are automatically eligible for a return.

  2. Notification: We will notify you via email or through our social media if an event is canceled.

  3. Rescheduled Events: If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option to retain your ticket for the new date or request a refund.

Process for Returns​

  1. Requesting a Refund for Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, you will have 14 days from the announcement of the new date to request a refund. After this period, tickets will be considered valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be issued.

  2. Proof of Purchase: No action is required on your part to prove purchase as refunds will be processed based on our records.

Refund Amount

  1. Full Refund: Refunds will include the full price of the ticket.

  2. Exceptions: Any shipping, administrative, processing, or delivery fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances In cases where special circumstances apply, such as a force majeure event, additional or alternative terms may apply. These will be communicated separately.
